At LIFT TO LAUNCH™, all services are custom-built and tailored to each client’s brand, goals, and creative direction. Due to the personalized nature of our work — including web design, course creation, and digital brand assets — all sales are final once a project has begun.

We do not offer refunds under any circumstance. However, each package includes clearly defined revision rounds to ensure your satisfaction. If there are concerns during the process, we are committed to resolving them through those revisions, within the scope of the package purchased.

By purchasing any package or add-on from LIFT TO LAUNCH™, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that no refunds will be issued after design work has commenced.

We maintain a strict no-call, email-only communication policy to streamline service delivery and project timelines.
